| Teri Ann McLean is an English professor turned
songwriter whose love of bluegrass led her to find Internet radio, and ultimately the
Bluegrass Mix where she made her debut as a DJ in February 2008. Teri Ann hosts a
twice-weekly show called "Something Borrowed; Something Bluegrass" which
features bluegrass old and new.
Teri Ann has been a bluegrass musician herself since 2001 when she picked up the upright bass. She also plays guitar and sings and has a 12-track CD out entitled "Echoes of Goodbye" in which she wrote eight of the songs. Teri Ann makes the occasional solo or duo appearances or appears with her band High Rise, but is mostly content to be a fan, DJ, parking lot picker, music reviewer, writer, and English professor.
Catch Teri Ann McLean's radio show every Tuesday from 8 to 10 PM and Sunday 1 AM to 3 AM Eastern Time. Listen to the Bluegrass Mix here or on the official website.
